The HP35 is an integrated ‘in-plant’ high viscosity ink dispensing unit, that is fully automatic and easy to operate. It is typically used to dispense precise viscosity paste-ink spot colours, in sizes from 100 grams to 20Kg, whilst reworking and recycling press returns into new blends.

It is suitable for any size of offset printer through to larger scale production applications. Base inks are stored in onboard canisters, with option of pumping higher usage materials from external pails and drums.

The system is managed by IMAESTRO, our own in-house developed software, which is simple, smart and user-friendly, requiring minimal input; the operator can produce the required formulas in a few simple steps and with faultless accuracy.
